Ingredients
- 1 head Napa Cabbage
- 1-2 tbsp doengjang
- 2 tsps toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
Preparation
- Bring salted water to a boil in a pot. Remove tough core of cabbage, and separate cabbage into leaves. Boil until white part of cabbage is tender, about 5 minutes.
- Drain and shock in ice water to halt cooking. Squeeze excess liquid out of cabbage leaves.
- Cut cabbage into 2-inch lengths and toss with remaining ingredients. Let meld for at least 20 minutes before serving.
