Preparation

  1. Start to simmer stock.  Add doenjang, soy sauce, and gochujang to stock and whisk to make sure the ingredients are fully incorporated.
  2. Cut cabbage into 2-inch pieces and add to stock.  Simmer for about 15 minutes, until cabbage is done.
  3. Toss in garlic and scallions and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
