Ingredients
- 4 cups stock (beef is also good here)
- 2 tbsp doenjang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1-2 tsps gochujang
- 1 head Napa cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 scallions, minced
Preparation
- Start to simmer stock. Add doenjang, soy sauce, and gochujang to stock and whisk to make sure the ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Cut cabbage into 2-inch pieces and add to stock. Simmer for about 15 minutes, until cabbage is done.
- Toss in garlic and scallions and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
