Hobak Gochujang Jjigae (Spicy Zucchini Stew)

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Cut zucchini into ½ inch pieces and potatoes into ¼ inch pieces. 
  2. Put 4 cups of water in a pot and stir in gochujang, doenjang, and soy.  Heat to a boil and be sure ingredients are dissolved.
  3. Add zucchini, potatoes and remaining ingredients except for scallions and simmer for 10 minutes, until potatoes yield.
  4. Garnish with scallions and serve.
