Ingredients
- 4 cups sweet rice flour
- ¼ cup of sugar
- 1-2 cups of dried fruits and sliced or chopped nuts (raisins, apricots, cranberries, almonds, pine nuts, walnuts)
Preparation
- Put defrosted rice flour in a bowl and break up any lumps. Be sure it is fluffy then add sugar. Sift ingredients together.
- Line a steamer basket with cheesecloth and place an 8-inch cake ring into the basket. Pack rice flour mixture into cake ring, then top with dried fruits and nuts.
- Steam for 30 minutes then cool for a bit before lifting out of the steamer and removing cake ring. Serve immediately.
