METHOD:
Ball or cube 4 cups watermelon (use a variety, if you like, of red and yellow watermelon or some honeydew for a visually stunning presentation). Using scraps from watermelons, puree enough to make about ½ cup juice, sieved if you like, and add to balls. Pour over 2 cups ginger ale, 2 cups strawberry milk, OR a mix of both to equal 2 cups. Stir in 3 tbsp mild vinegar or lime juice. Serve with ice cubes and a spoon to slurp up the watermelon. Garnish with other fresh fruit, such as pineapple and blueberry, if you like, and some fresh mint. Makes 4-5 servings.
