METHOD:
Soju, a grain spirit similar to vodka, lends itself well to a variety of cocktails. One popular in Korea is made with yogurt: for one drink, in a cocktail shaker, shake soju with 3 ounces prepared yogurt drink (such as lassi or kefir) and 3 ounces lemon-lime soda. To change it up, use a flavored yogurt drink and garnish with fresh fruit.
Soju is also sometimes mixed with cola, fruit juices, or tonic.
