Robert Knuckle was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario. He is a graduate of the University of Windsor and has a Masters degree in Education from the University of Toronto.
He was formerly an English and Latin teacher and a high school football and basketball coach in Hamilton, Ontario. After retiring as a vice-principal, he became the general manager of the Hamilton Skyhawks of the World Basketball League.
Robert began to write full time in 1993.
Mr. Knuckle is an Actra award-winning author, a playwright, and an actor for stage, television, and radio. He has had three plays produced and has written ten books, six of which are about the RCMP.
He lives in Dundas, Ontario, with his wife, Elizabeth. Their family includes four children, their partners, and six grandchildren.
