5-Minute Refried Bean Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 cup rosarita® enchilada sauce
  • 2 cans (16 oz each) rosarita® traditional refried beans
  • 1 cup crumbled queso fresco cheese
  • sliced green onion, optional
  • tortilla chips, optional
Directions
  1. Place beans and enchilada sauce in a microwave-safe bowl; cover. Microwave on HIGH three minutes, stirring halfway and at the end.
  2. Pour bean mixture into a 9-inch glass pie plate or another shallow dish. Top with cheese and sprinkle with onions, if desired. Serve warm with tortilla chips, if desired.
