(Apple Omelette)

(Yield: 6 servings)

5 eggs

3 tablespoons sugar

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

1 apple

(peeled, cored and diced fine)

2 tablespoons salted butter

1. In bowl, beat eggs with sugar until mixture is foamy.

2.Add flour, salt, milk and apples and combine thoroughly.

3.In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add mixture slowly so it completely covers bottom (like a large pancake). Cook for about 5 minutes and then flip. Cook other side for an additional 5 minutes or until lightly golden.

Serve as an appetizer.
