Brussels sprouts are having a renaissance; these little cruciferous beauties taste even better wrapped with turkey bacon!
½ pound Brussels sprouts, sliced in half
½ pound sliced turkey bacon
Sea salt
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Wrap each Brussels sprout half with a piece of bacon. Spear each with a toothpick, place on a baking sheet, and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 25 minutes, until the bacon is crisp and the Brussels sprouts are tender. Serve warm.
