3 tablespoons umeboshi plum vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
¾ cup hempseed oil
1 tablespoon hempseeds
¼ teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
Whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl.
