Cilantro Lime Dressing

Makes 1½ cups

With its fiesta flair, this dressing is great on a salad to accompany Mexican food, or as a light snack on jicama slices.

½ cup bone broth (for homemade, see here)

¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice

2 tablespoons pine nut oil

½ cup chopped fresh cilantro

¼ teaspoon sea salt

¼ cup sesame seeds

Combine the bone broth, lime juice, pine nut oil, cilantro, and salt in a blender and process until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl.

Stir in the sesame seeds.
