Makes about 1½ cups
Umeboshi is a tart, salty condiment that stimulates digestion and helps to release toxins. Great on salads, but equally tasty on cooked veggies.
1 to 2 tablespoons umeboshi plum paste, or 2 large umeboshi plums, seeded and chopped
¼ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
¼ cup MCT oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon Just Like Sugar, or to taste
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Combine the umeboshi plum, vinegar, MCT oil, sesame oil, and Just Like Sugar in a blender and puree. Transfer to a small bowl.
Stir in the sesame seeds.
