Sunflower “Cheese” Dip

Makes about 1½ cups

With the consistency of a dairy cheese dip, this easy blend is so much tastier than anything from the grocery! Delicious on fresh cut veggies, or thinned a bit for drizzling over a fresh green salad.

2 cups raw sunflower seeds

2 tablespoons pine nut oil

¾ cup fresh dill

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 garlic cloves, chopped

¾ cup filtered water, plus more as needed

½ teaspoon sea salt

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until combined.

Adjust the amount of water to get the consistency you like.
