1 In small mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt; stir with whisk until well blended. Add banana, milk and butter until smooth. Pour into a 10-oz microwavable mug.
2 Microwave on High 1 to 2 minutes or until set and cake rises (center will have a slightly wet appearance). Cool 5 minutes. Top with ice cream, hot fudge and the strawberry.
