1 Line 9 × 5-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, allowing wrap to extend over edges.
2 In large chilled bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on low speed until cream begins to thicken. Gradually increase speed to high and beat just until stiff peaks form; set aside. In another large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
3 Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until well blended. Divide cream cheese mixture evenly among 3 bowls, about 1½ cups each. Using food colors, tint batter in 1 bowl purple, 1 bowl blue and 1 bowl pink.
4 Place 3 doughnut halves cut side up in bottom of loaf pan. Cut fourth doughnut half into pieces, to fit in pan. Spread purple cream evenly over doughnuts. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of the star decors. Repeat with 4 doughnut halves, the blue cream and 1 tablespoon star decors. Top with remaining 4 doughnut halves, the pink cream and remaining star decors. Sprinkle with edible glitter. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours but no longer than 48 hours.
