Replying to Messages

At the bottom of the screen when you’re reading a message, you’ll find three icons that do the following:

• Reply. Tap this and you get three choices: Reply, “Reply all,” and Forward. Reply sends a message to just the sender, while “Reply all” sends the message to everyone who has received it. Forward lets you send the message to someone new. In all cases, the original email message is included at the bottom of the message you send.

  

• Move to. Tap this and you’ll see a list of all folders (or in the case of Gmail, labels) in your account. Tap any to move the email to it.

  Note

  In POP3 accounts, you won’t be able to see your list of folders, so you won’t be able to move email to them. You may or may not be able to see folders in web-based mail, but you can in Gmail.

  

• Delete. Tap this to delete the message.
