INSIDER PROFILE
C.B. Cebulski
The most connected man I know, C.B. has worked at several comics publishers over his career but has spent the most time at Marvel, where he was an editor for several years before starting the Talent Management Department there. Essentially, his job became what he already was—a friendly face. He helps artists ensure that they always have projects to work on, helps recruit new artists and generally helps freelancers out however he can (within legal limits).

BEST ADVICE RECEIVED WHEN STARTING OUT: It came a bit after I’d started writing, but Joe Michael Straczynski once advised me that when you write, you should write with only two people in mind: yourself and one other reader. If you’re happy with the story you’ve written and one other person read and enjoyed it, you’ve done your job as a storyteller.
