Long Italian roll

Horseradish dressing

Roast beef, cut very thin

American cheese, sliced thin

Monterey jack cheese, sliced thin

Hot and sweet peppers

Shaved lettuce

Tomato slices

Oregano

Toast roll. Slather both sides with horseradish dressing. Layer on roast beef, American and Monterey jack cheeses, hot and sweet peppers, shaved lettuce. Top with tomato slices. Garnish with oregano.
