INGREDIENTS
1/2 tsp of xanthan gum
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of Coconut Oil
1/2 cup of Butter melted
1 tsp of baking powder
2 Cup of Almond Flour
7 50g Eggs (1.7 oz)
DIRECTIONS
1. Warm up oven to 355 F
2. Beat eggs in a bowl on high for 2 mins.
3. Add melted butter and coconut oil to eggs, continue beating.
4. In a loaf pan lined with baking paper, pour the beaten eggs.
5. Pour in the rest ingredients and mix until it becomes thick.
6. Bake in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick you stuck into the center comes out dry.
