LOW CARB CHAI SEED BREAD

Servings: 16 slice 

INGREDIENTS

1/2 tsp of Xanthium gum

1/2 Cup of Butter

2 tbsp of Coconut Oil

1 tbsp of baking powder

3 tbsp of sesame Seeds

2 tbsp of Chia Seeds

1/2 tsp of Salt

1/4 Cup of Sunflower Seeds

2 Cups of Almond Flour

7 Eggs

DIRECTIONS

1. Warm up the oven to 350 Degrees.

2. Beat eggs in a bowl on high for 1 mins or 2 mins.

3. Beat in the Xanthum gum and combine coconut oil and melted butter into eggs, beating continuously.

4. Set aside the sesame seeds, but add the rest ingredients.

6. Place mixture into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and then top with sesame seeds.

7. Bake in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes. It’s done once a toothpick you insert in the middle comes out clean.
