INGREDIENTS
¾ cup of water
200 g ground flax seeds
½ cup of psyllium husk powder
1 tbsp of baking powder
7 large egg whites
3 tbsp of butter
2 tsp of salt
¼ cup of granulated Stevia
1 large whole egg
1 ½ cups of soy protein isolate
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat up the oven to 350°F.
2. Combine together psyllium husk, soy protein isolate, baking powder, sweetener, and salt.
3. In a separate mixing bowl, mix together the egg, egg whites, butter, and water.
4. Slowly add psyllium husk mixture to egg mixture, mix until well combined.
5. Lightly grease a bread pan with butter and pour in the batter.
6. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes until bread is set.
