KETO EASY BREAD

INGREDIENTS

1/4 tsp Cream Of Tartar

1 1/2 tsps. of sodium Aluminum Sulfate Baking Powder (Double Acting)

4 large Eggs (Whole)

1 1/2 cups of Vanilla Whey Protein

1/4 cup of Olive Oil

1/4 cup of Coconut milk Unsweetened

1/2 tsp of Salt

1/4 cup of Unsalted butter Stick, softened

12 oz of Cream Cheese, softened

1/2 tsp of Xanthan Gum

1/2 tsp of Baking Soda

DIRECTIONS

1. Warm up the oven to 325 Degrees. I used a 5x9-inch loaf pan

1. Layer aluminum foil over the loaf pan and spray with Olive oil.

2. Beat the butter with cream cheese in a bowl until mixed well.

3. Add coconut milk and oil and blend until well incorporated, add eggs, one by one until fully integrated. Set aside.

4. Whisk the 1/2 tsp xanthan gum, whey protein, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt, and baking powder together in a small bowl.

5. Add mixture to egg/cheese mixture and slowly mix until fully integrated. (Be careful not to over blend and the mixture becomes too dense).

6. Place in the oven and bake until top is golden brown, about 40 to 45 minutes.

7. Allow to cooling 10 to 12 minutes in the pan before you transfer to a wire rack to completely cool.

8. Slice bread into 10, and store in a sealable container about one week in the refrigerator or eat immediately.
