INGREDIENTS
1 cup of boiling water
2 Cups of Almond flour
1/2 cup of Ground Flaxseed
4 tbsp of pysllium husk powder
1 tbsp of baking powder
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 egg whites
2 eggs
1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp of salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat up the oven to 350F.
2. In a bowl, mix together the baking powder, almond flour, flax-seed flour, psyllium husk powder and salt until thoroughly mixed.
3. Add the eggs and olive oil and blend until mixture resembles breadcrumbs, then mix in the apple cider vinegar.
4. Slowly add boiling water, little by little and mix into the mixture (not necessary to use all the water if it looks too wet). Let stand for half an hour to firm up.
5. Line parchment paper over baking tray.
6. Make a ball of the dough, using your hands, (Best to always keep your hands wet).
7. Transfer dough balls on a baking tray and bake until firm and golden. About 30 minutes. Enjoy!
