SPLENDID LOW CARD ROLLS

INGREDIENTS

1/2 tsp of herbs

(Optional) 1/2 tsp of garlic powder

1 tbsp of baking powder

5 tbsp of psyllium husk powder

1/2 cup of almond flour

1/4 tsp of salt

1 1/2 cup of egg whites (about 8 to 10 large egg whites)

3 tbsp of oil or melted butter

2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar

1/3 to 3/4 cup of hot water

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat up the oven to 350 Degrees. Line a silicone liner or parchment paper over a large cookie sheet. 

2.  Whisk the baking powder, almond flour, garlic powder, psyllium husk powder, and salt together in a large bowl.

3. Stir in apple cider vinegar, egg whites plus oil. Gently add in hot water bit by bit, stirring until dough increase in size. Do not add too much water

4. Divide dough evenly into 12 equal portion and roll with oily palms into a rough ball.

5. Transfer on the lined cookie sheet. (Press down to 1 inch thickness, if you want thinner rolls for sandwich rolls or burgers.

6. Bake in the oven for 45 to 60 minutes or until browned and quite firm to the touch.

Cook time depends on shape and size and of rolls. Remove and let cool on pan.
