INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp of butter
1/2 tsp of kosher salt
2 large egg
2 tbsp of coconut flour
1/2 tsp of baking powder
DIRECTIONS
1. Melt the butter in the microwave in a small microwave safe bowl.
2. Allow to cool a bit, then add in other ingredients and stir until smooth.
3. Place mixture in the microwave for 90 seconds on high until set. If not set yet microwave for 10-20 seconds more, but don’t allow it to dry up. (While baking, bread will rise up then slightly deflate). When bread is set, it will resemble a muffin.
4. Gently loosen the edges with a paring knife onto a plate.
5. Slice bread into two slices crosswise and top with your desired toppings.
