INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp of olive oil
1/2 tsp of oregano
1/2 tsp of parsley
1/2 tsp of basil
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of onion powder
2 1/2 tbsp of Coconut Flour
2 cups of Almond Flour
Topping
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
2 tsp of parmesan grated
1 tbsp of olive oil
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat up the oven to 350 degrees and line parchment paper over a baking sheet.
2. Whisk olive oil, almond flour and seasoning together in large bowl.
3. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl, mix into the almond flour.
4. Add 1 tablespoon of coconut flour to mixture at a time, stirring to combine.
5. Allow dough rest for 1-2 minutes after each tablespoon; once the mixture gets thick, add more of the remaining coconut flour.
6. Form dough into a ball, about 2 tablespoons and roll out into 1.5" wide rope like sticks.
7. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet, place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
8. Meanwhile, mix together garlic, parmesan and salt.
9. Once the time is completes, carefully brush the tops of Breadsticks with oil, then sprinkle with garlic parmesan mix.
10. Bake more for extra 5 minutes or more.
