SANDWICH FLATBREAD

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup of water

1/4 cup of oil (avocado or olive)

4 large eggs

1/2 tsp of salt

1/3 cup of unflavored whey protein powder

1/2 tsp of garlic powder

2 tsp of baking powder

6 tbsp of coconut flour

3 1/4 cups of almond flour

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 325F.

2. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix using a hand whisk.

3.  Whisk in oil, eggs, and water until combined well. You should have a sticky dough.

3. Place on a piece of large parchment paper and flatten into a rough rectangle. Place another parchment paper on top.

4. Roll into a large ½ inch to ¾ inch thick rough rectangle. Transfer to baking sheet and discard the parchment paper on top.

5. Bake until its firm to the touch, about 20 minutes.

6. Let cool completely out of the oven before cutting.

7. Cut into 10 portions. Carefully cut each parts into two halves through the bready center. Stuff with your sandwich fillings.
