INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp of water
⅓ Cup of unsalted butter
1 egg, large
½ cup of egg whites
½ tsp of baking powder
½ tsp of salt
½ cup of coconut flour
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat up the oven to 350F.
2. Coat butter over a biscuit bread pan. (I use butter or oil versus spray. (It prevents the bread from sticking to the pan.)
3. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
4. Mix the wet ingredients together in separate bowl. Add the wet mixture into the dry mixture and whisk well. (Whisk on low-medium, if using a blender)
5. Fill ¼ cup of mixture into 6 biscuit bread pan each and shape with your finger or knife.
