EASY BAKE KETO BREAD

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Servings: 16 slices

INGREDIENTS

7 whole eggs

4.5 oz of melted butter

2 tbsp of warm water

2 tsp of dry yeast

1 tsp of inulin

1 pinch of salt

1 tsp of xanthum gum

1 tsp of Baking Powder

1 tbsp of psyllium husk powder

2 cups of almond flour

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat the oven to 340F.

2. Mix the xanthan gum, baking powder, psyllium, almond flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.

3. Make a well in the center of the mixture by pushing to the sides of the bowl down to the button.

4. Add the yeast and inulin into the center with the warm water.

5. Stir the inulin and yeast with the warm water in the center and let yeast activate, about 10 minutes.

6. Add in the eggs and melted butter and stir together thoroughly.

7. Pour mixture into a loaf pan (9x5 inch) lined with parchment paper.

8. Allow batter to prove in a warm spot covered for 20 minutes with a tea towel.

9. Place in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and makes a hollow sound when tapped.

10. Let bread cool out of the tin on a rack. Slice and enjoy!
