INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup of shredded cheese mozzarella or a mix of cheddar, Monterey Jack, mozzarella
1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon of Parsley Gourmet Garden stir-in-paste
1 1/2 tablespoon of Garlic Gourmet Garden stir-in-paste
2 tablespoon of butter
4 thick slices of Cloud Bread Loaf
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat up the oven to Broil.
2. Melt butter in a skillet, add the bread sliced and brown both sides. Set aside
3. Mix together the parsley and garlic and spread on top each of the bread slices.
4. Sprinkle each slice evenly with grated parmesan and the shredded cheese.
5. Arrange skillet for 2 minutes under broiler or until cheese melts. Watch closely
