INGREDIENTS
1 pounds of ground turkey
8 oz cheddar cheese
3 tbsp of butter, melted
1/3 cup of coconut flour
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of pepper
1 tbsp of onion flakes
3 large eggs
1 tbsp of breakfast seasoning mix (1/2 tsp each parsley, sage, nutmeg, thyme)
1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes
1 tsp of salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Warm up the oven to 375 F and line baking pan using parchment paper.
2. Under medium heat, in a large pan, brown ground meat and Let it cool.
3. In a small bowl, mix the dry ingredients, until well mixed and set aside.
4. Add your eggs and beat for 60 seconds on high until light and fluffy. Drip in melted butter.
6. Switch speed to low and gently add dry mixture into the wet mixture.
7. Stir in the cheddar cheese and ground meat. Mix until well combined.
8. Divide and add scoop mixture on the baking sheet.
9. Cook until golden brown, for about 15 to 18 minutes.
