INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoon of ground psyllium husk powder
1 cup of almond flour
4 tablespoon of sesame or olive oil
7 ounces of cream cheese
4 eggs
(Optional) sea salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy. Add oil and cream cheese until combined well.
3. Set the sesame seeds aside and add the remaining ingredients.
4. Grease a 9" x 5" baking tray with butter or line using a parchment paper. Spread the dough in the greased baking tray. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
5. Baste dough with oil and top with sprinkle of sesame seeds and a little sea salt.
6. Bake in the oven at 400°F for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown and not doughy in the middle.
