Obvious to some perhaps, but it’s very easy to slip into situations in work and life that are convenient but that don’t bring you joy. Sadly, not all jobs are fun, but it’s about getting balance. Try always to have things in your life that you enjoy – dig out that old guitar, that tennis racket, those tap shoes and your cross stitch supplies (obviously)... and do something you love.
