What are the two key components of overseeing a G7 economy? Taking selfies? Not quite. Photo-bombing weddings? Sorry, no. Doing one-armed push-ups? Again, no.
First and foremost, the government passes laws. That’s what the government does. It’s sort of the definition of government. Governments manage the economy and pass laws. For example, Ben Mulroney, the son of former prime minister Brian Mulroney, has a law degree from Laval and a history degree from Duke. Which is to say, he is decidedly more qualified to be prime minister than Justin Trudeau.
Justin tried to get a degree in engineering, but dropped out. Tried to get another degree in environmental geography, dropped out. Instead, he has an Arts degree and completed the UBC’s teaching program. So, how does Justin Trudeau stack up against the competition?
