Let us compare and contrast the leaders of Canada’s main political parties. (The Green and the Bloc do not have official party status, so unfortunately aren’t included here.) You can see how inadequate the leaders of the other parties are in comparison to our Justin. No wonder the media loves him so much!

Jagmeet Singh (NDP): Law degree from Osgoode Hall. Worked as a defence lawyer advocating for citizens’ rights protected under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Provided free seminars and legal counsel to community groups and individuals in need. Helped immigrants and refugees with rights claims. Also has a degree in science (biology), which might come in handy with environmental issues and whatnot. But has Jagmeet Singh ever taught snowboarding at a ski resort in Whistler? I think not!

Andrew Scheer (Conservative): Middle-class background. Dad was a librarian. Mom was a nurse. Has a degree in History and Political Science. Is an acknowledged authority on parliamentary procedure, was the youngest Speaker of the House of Commons in Canadian history and served in that role with distinction, blah, blah, blah. But does Scheer have access to a private trust fund? No. Has Scheer ever been described as “hot”? No. Has Scheer ever posed on the cover of Vogue looking all pouty and dreamboaty? No, he has not.

Advantage: Justin!
