1 cup frozen mango
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ cup unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted
Combine mango, coconut milk, and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour contents into a freezer-safe container, seal, and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours before serving. Scoop into dishes and garnish with coconut flakes.
