Sarah Davies is a successful plant-based chef who loves helping people change their lives through healthy cooking, lectures, classes, and chef services. With her plant-based nutrition certification from e-Cornell, as well as other nutritional certifications, she works with groups and individuals to create delicious recipes and meals that even the pickiest of eaters will enjoy.

Sarah lives in Southern California with her husband, Cliff, and three children, Caleb, Keegan, and Madelyn. She enjoys homeschooling her children, spending time outdoors, and traveling. She will be completing her chef’s training in raw foods and plans to produce more cookbooks during her culinary journey.

Kristy Taylor has been eating healthfully for many years to “feed” her running habit, but as she learned more about nutrition, she gradually adapted her diet to include completely unprocessed, unrefined, whole-food, plant-based fare. She has been cooking for her family, friends, and community for over thirty years. She enjoys everything about food, from the beauty of its colorful palette to its diverse tastes and textures. She delights in finding new ways to combine and cook ingredients to bring out the best from them.

Kristy lives in Southern California with her dog, Leo, and loves taking advantage of the beautiful weather year-round. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and helping her daughter, Sarah, in The Naked Kitchen.
