Sweet Teriyaki Sauce

The possibilities are endless with this amazing sauce. Add it to fried rice, stir-fries, and pastas, or use it as a salad dressing or a dipping sauce. Just make sure to make a double batch because it won’t last long!

½ cup reduced-sodium soy sauce, tamari, or coconut aminos

2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil

2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar

2 teaspoons coconut nectar, honey, or brown rice syrup

1 whole green onion, thinly sliced

1 teaspoon minced ginger

Makes approximately ¾ cup.

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
