Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a 15×10-inch baking pan with foil. Place Brussels sprouts in prepared pan. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. of the vinegar and the oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss to coat.

Roast 15 to 20 minutes or until sprouts are crisp-tender and browned, stirring every 5 minutes. Drizzle with remaining 1 Tbsp. vinegar; sprinkle with bacon and, if desired, lemon zest.
