Roasted Sage Fingerling Potatoes

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl combine potatoes, oil, and salt; toss to coat. Press a sage leaf against cut side of each potato half. Arrange potatoes, cut sides down, on prepared baking sheet.

Roast 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Serve warm or at room temperature.
