Gail McMeekin, LICSW, is the CEO of Creative Success, LLC. She is a national executive, career, and creativity coach as well as a licensed psychotherapist and writer in Boston. She has over thirty years of experience helping people to vision and achieve their personal, professional, and creative goals. She coaches clients on how to leverage their creative ideas into heartfelt, prosperous businesses and fulfilled lives.

Gail is the author of The 12 Secrets of Highly Creative Women: A Portable Mentor (Conari Press, 2000), which sold out its first printing in eight weeks, and The Power of Positive Choices (Conari Press, 2001), which won the Living in Balance magazine Award in 2001. She is also the author of two e-books: Boost Your Creativity, Productivity, and Profits in 21 Steps and The Path to Creative Success; and a deck of Creativity Courage Cards.

Her work has been featured on television and radio as well as in major publications such as Investor's Business Daily, Boston Business Journal, Redbook, Shape, Woman's Day, Health, The Boston Globe, One Spirit Bookclub, and the New York Times.
