If I’m speaking from my mind with only an intellectual perspective, it seems as if something’s missing, or incongruent. But when I speak from my heart, everything seems to flow easily. Likewise, when you share something from deep inside that’s truly inspiring to you, your life becomes harmonious.
When your head and your heart aren’t in sync, not only does your body create disease, but your life also manifests a lack of ease. Conversely, the secret of having a congruent life—one where your actions, thoughts, and feelings work together to create a sense of effortlessness—is to make sure that you speak from your heart.
Feelings travel through barriers that thoughts alone can’t penetrate, and your emotions have a power in themselves. For instance, if you say something in a monotone, it doesn’t mean the same thing as it does when you put inflection into your voice, which allows a deeper meaning to surface.
I believe that there are four magical feelings: gratitude, love, inspiration, and enthusiasm. When those congruent states come across in whatever you’re doing and saying, they attract people and opportunities to you. In these states, not only are your mind and physical self connected, but every cell in your body harmonizes, resonates, and magnetically draws to you the things you hold in your innermost dominant thoughts.
If you’re in an unbalanced or stressful state, return to your heart, balance your perceptions, and share what you’d truly love to. People who’re able to speak out and communicate a mission and a message congruently rule the world. You have the capacity to rule your life—and possibly the world to come—simply by opening your heart and sharing through the Law of Congruency.
