Ketogenic Diet & Exercise.

The ketogenic diet is not just about eating the right combination of fats, proteins and carbohydrates but also about exercising in the correct manner.

If you want to lose weight (and keep excess weight off) then you will need to combine cardiovascular and strength training exercises 4 or 5 times a week, in addition to adhering to the ketogenic diet plan requirements.

The goal is that by exercising you can burn an additional 300-500 calories by doing just 30 to 60 minutes of exercise a day for 5 days a week.
