3/4 lb. deli ham, sliced into strips
20-oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained
2 carrots, peeled and shredded
1 head Napa cabbage, shredded
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
Optional: 1 t. caraway seed
12 10-inch flour tortillas
Combine ham, pineapple, carrots and cabbage in a large bowl; set aside. In a separate bowl, whisk together sour cream, vinegar, salt, pepper and caraway seed, if using. Spoon over ham mixture; toss. Divide among tortillas and roll into wraps.
