Serves 12 to 14
13.8-oz. tube refrigerated pizza crust
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. olive oil
1 t. dried basil
1 t. dried oregano
1/2 t. dried rosemary
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Unroll dough on a greased baking sheet. Press with fingers to form indentations; set aside. Sauté onion and garlic in oil in a skillet; remove from heat. Stir in herbs; spread mixture evenly over dough. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden. Slice into squares.
Grilled cheese and tomato soup...is there anything more comforting? For delicious soup in a jiffy, heat together a can of condensed tomato soup and a can of diced tomatoes until hot. Stir in a little cream...yum!
