Makes 4 servings
1 lb. crabmeat
3 T. mayonnaise
1 t. dry mustard
1/2 c. celery, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2 avocados, pitted and sliced
4 10-inch flour tortillas
Combine crabmeat, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, salt and pepper; mix well. Top each tortilla with several avocado slices and a scoop of crabmeat mixture. Roll up.
