1 c. shredded Colby Jack cheese

1/4 c. bacon bits

1/4 c. green onion, thinly sliced

Optional: 4-oz. can green chiles

Optional: 1/4 c. red or green pepper, chopped

4 6-inch flour tortillas

Garnish: sour cream, salsa

Combine cheese, bacon bits and onion in a small bowl; add chiles and peppers, if desired. Sprinkle mixture equally over each tortilla. Fold tortillas in half; press lightly to seal edges.
