Makes 10 servings
10 6 or 8-inch flour or corn tortillas
10 hot dogs
16-oz. can chili
16-oz. jar salsa
1 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Warm tortillas as directed on package. Place one hot dog and 3 tablespoons chili on each tortilla. Roll up tortillas; place seam-side down in a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Spoon salsa over tortillas. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake, uncovered, about 5 minutes longer, or until cheese has melted.
