6 8-inch flour tortillas
2 T. butter, melted
1 c. milk chocolate chips
Garnish: vanilla ice cream
Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter; arrange in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. Sprinkle chocolate chips on half of each tortilla; fold over tortillas. Bake for 4 to 6 minutes at 450 degrees until golden. Top each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Fruit kabobs are a sweet ending to any meal. Arrange chunks of pineapple and banana, plump strawberries and orange wedges on skewers. For a creamy dipping sauce, blend together 1/2 cup each of cream cheese and marshmallow creme.
